Kholofelo Kugler ist Doktorandin bei Prof. Mira Burri. Sie verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung als Juristin und ist auf internationales Handelsrecht und Streitbeilegung spezialisiert. Zuvor arbeitete sie am Beratungszentrum für WTO-Recht in Genf, wo sie Entwicklungsländer in WTO-Rechtsfragen beriet, sie in WTO-Streitfällen vertrat und für den Kapazitätsaufbau im WTO-Recht sorgte. Kholofelo hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft und internationale Politik von der Universität Südafrika, einen LL.B.-Abschluss (cum laude) von der Witwatersrand-Universität (Südafrika) und einen Master-Abschluss in internationalem Recht und Wirtschaft (summa cum laude) vom World Trade Institute (WTI) an der Universität Bern. Sie ist in ihrem Heimatland Südafrika als Anwältin zugelassen.
