Office of Equal Opportunity
Equality and diversity are cross-cutting priorities promoted both at university-wide level and within the individual faculties. To this end, the University of Lucerne maintains an Office of Equal Opportunities and an Equality Commission.
The Office of Equal Opportunities provides information, raises awareness, and advises members and governing bodies of the University on matters relating to equality and diversity. It initiates and supports measures across four key areas: gender equality, inclusion and discrimination, work–life balance, and university and academic culture.
