Established in February 2023, the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at the University of Lucerne quickly presented itself as a key player in tackling modern health challenges. The faculty evolved from the Department of Health Sciences and Medicine, created in 2019, drawing on the foundational principles of the earlier Department of Health Sciences and Health Policy.
