This central information event is designed for all doctoral candidates who started their PhD at the University of Lucerne in the Spring or Autumn Semester 2026. Regardless of your discipline or stage of doctoral studies, you will receive important information for a successful start, get to know key support and service units, and have the opportunity to build valuable connections within the research community.
- Insights into doctoral studies: Find out more about the procedure, requirements, and prospects of pursuing a PhD at your faculty.
- Introduction to central services: Get to know the Graduate Academy, the Teaching Center, the Mid-Level Faculty Organization (MOL), Open Science specialists and the Office for Equal Opportunities – and find out how these institutions can support you throughout your doctoral journey.
- Personal consultation: Talk directly with representatives from research, advisory services, and university administration.
