Pope: “Artificial Intelligence” Must Be Disarmed

On Whit Monday, Pope Leo XIV published his first encyclical “Magnifica Humanitas”. In it, he calls for “artificial intelligence” to be “disarmed.” Peter G. Kirchschlaeger comments on the Brazilian TV-program “GloboNews” on the ethical dangers of so-called “AI” for peaceful coexistence. He calls for respect for people’s moral judgment, their freedom, and their authentic emotions.
