HR ConScience GmbH aims at building a bridge between academia and practice.

In many cases we lack the resources for in-depth analysis of the most recent scientific insights and facts. HR ConScience offers precisely this service. Using scientifically sound research methods, HR ConScience provides a customized and evidence-based basis for an efficient and sustainable management of human resources.

The services of HR Conscience are based on two pillars: HR Analytics (collection and analysis of HR-related data for the optimization of decision processes) and HR Refresher (preparation and presentation of the current state of research for HR related topics).

The co-founders of HR ConScience are three postdoctoral research associates of the CEHRM: Dr. Lea Rutishauser, Dr. Anja Feierabend and Dr. Alexandra Arnold.
