This commitment to accessibility extends beyond the classroom. The University also promotes inclusive working conditions for staff, adapting workplaces and working arrangements to individual needs wherever possible.

As part of the PgB project “Improving the Study and Working Conditions of People with Disabilities” (2025–2026), the University of Lucerne is currently implementing a range of measures to advance equality for people with disabilities more effectively.
