The working group "Women* in Academia" aims to motivate women* to pursue an academic career. During the lecture period, young female academics from all faculties at the University of Lucerne can take part in workshops and courses run by female academics and experts, go on excursions together and regularly have lunch together. The working group is financed by funds from the Equal Opportunities Commission of the University of Lucerne.
