Prof. Dr. Christoph Bauer

Prof. Dr. Christoph Bauer holds the chair for private law, civil procedure law as well as debt enforcement and insolvency law. Together with his team, he delivers courses and undertakes research with a special focus on contract law, tort law and property law. He has a particular interest in the interplay between different areas of private law – both amongst themselves and in relation to civil procedure law and debt enforcement and insolvency law.
