Search for Media
The research platform swisscovery offers access to the entire scientific media stock of Switzerland: swisscovery.slsp.ch
The scientific media holdings of Central Switzerland can be searched on swisscovery RZS: rzs.swisscovery.slsp.ch
For your studies at the University of Lucerne we recommend access via ZHB/Uni/PH View: rzs-uniph.swisscovery.org.
And please have a look at our information sheet for your literature search.
The semester literature selected by the lecturers of the University Lucerne is located on separately marked shelves and can be consulted on site until the end of June or the end of January. The items being part of the course reserves are not available for loan.
For your search for literature there are also databases, e-journals, e-books, and e-newspapers.
On site you have automatically access to these resources. Off-campus access is via VPN client.
If you need a particular title that we do not have in our stocks, you may submit a purchase request, see media request.
Manage your literature with a reference management program such as Zotero or Citavi. If you want to learn more about these software, join our courses labelled WISSEN+ (mostly in German). Please contact our information desk if you need help in English.
