Information session: Master's in Economics and Management - 27 October 2026
The Master of Arts in Economics and Management offers in-depth economic knowledge, a targeted focus, practical relevance, and strong career prospects. The programme can be pursued with a generalist orientation or within one of four specialisations. Two of these specialisations, as well as the generalist track, are available entirely in English. Find out more about our Master’s programme and what sets it apart at our upcoming information session:
Date: 27 October 2026
Time: TBD
Place: University of Lucerne
Language: English
At the information evening, Vanessa Lutz (study advisor) and the professors responsible will present the programme and its four specialisation options. The presentation will be supplemented by an interview with Master's graduate Stefanie Zeyer. She will talk about her experiences during her studies, her career path and the paths her fellow students have taken. You will have the opportunity to ask questions in various Q&A sessions.
Take this opportunity to engage directly with professors and student advisors.
The following professors are responsible for the specialisation programmes offered within the Master’s programme, which they will introduce during the information evening:
POLITICAL ECONOMICS: PROF. DR. MANUEL OECHSLIN
MARKET-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT: Prof. Dr. Leif Brandes
HEALTH ECONOMICS & MANAGEMENT: PROF. DR. KONSTANTIN BECK

The event takes place on site, as we value direct interaction and prefer to present the University of Lucerne and the study programme in person. However, online participation via Zoom is also available. All those who register for online attendance will receive a link one day prior to the event.
