Prof. Dr. Mira Burri and her Trade Law 4.0 team are delighted to announce the release of the latest version of their TAPED Dataset

The conference “Trade Law 4.0” co-organized by the University of Lucerne and Georgetown Law seeks to unpack contemporary data governance with a focus on the role of global trade law.

The Trade Law 4.0 team, led by Prof. Dr. Mira Burri, is happy to announce the launch of their website digitaltradelaw.ch.

Prof. Dr. Mira Burri, Associate Professor of International Business and Internet Law, has been awarded the Recognition Prize of the Lucerne Cantonal Government. The award was presented on 13 September.

The new volume "Big Data and Global Trade Law" edited by Prof. Mira Burri, examines the relevance of global trade law for the modern data-driven society.

Mira Burri, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, has received the Lucerne Government Council's Recognition Award. This award is in recognition of her research in the field of digital transformation and international trade law.

Dr. Mira Burri has become the first researcher at the University of Lucerne to receive a grant from the European Research Council (ERC). With this grant in the amount of 1.6 million euros, she will investigate the effects of the data-driven economy on international trade law.

Mira Burri contributed to the CIGI Essay Series "Modernizing the World Trade Organization".
