Professor Christoph Bauer holds the chair for Private Law, Civil Procedure, and Debt Enforcement and Insolvency Law. Together with his team, he teaches courses and undertakes research with a special focus on contract law, tort law and property law. He has a particular interest in the interplay between different areas of private law – both between them and in relation to civil procedure and debt enforcement and insolvency law.
