The program highlights current challenges and emerging approaches to prevention, health promotion, and health equity.
The conference features keynote lectures, scientific presentations, panel discussions, debates, and interactive workshops. Topics include different ways of understanding health knowledge, lived experiences of health and illness, interprofessional collaboration, health communication and misinformation, and the opportunities and challenges that artificial intelligence presents for public health.
The Swiss Public Health Conference is jointly organized each year by Public Health Switzerland and the Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+). The 2026 conference is hosted by the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at the University of Lucerne.
Registration is open until 25 August 2026.
