Leading Across Generations: Generational Diversity in Healthcare Leadership
In today's healthcare, up to four generations work side by side, each with its own expectations of leadership, communication and collaboration. Speakers from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and Medzentrum Kriens share from personal experience how leaders can make the most of this diversity and overcome prejudice.
The event will be held in English, is open to the public and free of charge. Please register by 19 October 2026. The event will be followed by a networking apéro at Baloo.
