MSc Health Sciences

In the study programs in Health Sciences at the Faculty for Health Sciences and Medicine (GMF) a registration for the exams and re-examinations via UniPortal is mandatory. This also applies to students of other faculties who attend courses of the GMF. It is not possible to take an exam and earn credits without prior registration.
Important: The different faculties have different registration deadlines for examinations and examination dates. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of this and consider it in their planning.
Examination Session Fall Term 2025
Unless otherwise stated in the individual courses, the following dates and times apply (the type and duration of examinations are being determined by the lecturers and announced in the examination schedule, so that extraordinary examination dates and registration deadlines are possible):

| Registration & De-registration Exams: | 30 October to 13 November 2025* |
| Examinations Fall Term 25: | 12 January to 30 January 2026 |
| Re-Examinations Spring Term 25: | 26 January to 30 January 2026 |
| Oral Master Examinations**: (**Registration takes place automatically with the submission of the Supervision Agreement and the submission of the Master's thesis by 15 October 2025) | 26 January to 30 January 2026 (Extraordinary dates due to the availability of the reviewers may occur) |
| Results available on*: | Ongoing until 12 February 2026 |
* Extended deadlines apply for specific Master's block courses. The relevant courses and the applicable registration deadline are listed in the “Examination” section of the course catalog. If there is only a reference to the general website in the “Examination” section without any additional information, the general deadlines apply.

* Certain results may not be known by this date and will be published as soon as possible.
Examination access Session Fall Term 2025
The examination access is reserved for those students who have failed their exam (grade below 4.0). Exam review is not possible without prior registration via exams-health@unilu.ch.
The appointment for reviewing the results generally lasts for 15 minutes per examination. No notes or other written or electronic copies of examination documents may be made during the appointment for reviewing the results. Information may not be exchanged with other people during the appointment for reviewing the results.
