Anna Ptitsina is a legal professional with a background in public administration and international cooperation. She holds a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance and is a graduate of the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
Prior to joining academia, Anna worked in the field of Ukraine's European reform agenda, contributing to public sector reform and cooperation between Ukrainian public institutions and international partners. Her areas of expertise include legal analysis, public policy&governance, institutional development and international cooperation.
Since 2023, Anna has served as Director of Studies of the CAS in Arbitration at the University of Lucerne.
