Public and Economic Law
The professorship of Nicolas Diebold focuses on public economic and competition law, international trade and administrative law. Nicolas Diebold and his team conduct research on questions concerning the protection of competition from overreaching state regulations, subsidies, cartels and trade obstacles. Nicolas Diebold teaches in the areas of competition law, public procurement law, WTO and investment protection law, bilateral relations between Switzerland and the EU as well as administrative law. Since 1st August 2022 Nicolas Diebold is dean of the Faculty of Law.
