The MOL and its workgroups often set up events for the academic mid-level. Apart from the monthly MOL meetings and the annual general assembly, there are also regular info sessions and workshops.
The MOL meetings take place once a month during the semester. Next dates:

Broadening Horizons and Strengthening Skills: Women* in Academia Getaway
Women* in Academia Retreat
All female junior researchers at the University of Lucerne are invited to attend in the Women* in Academia retreat from January 30th to February 3rd, 2024 at the Freiämter Ferienhaus, Rigi Klösterli. The retreat will provide a great opportunity for writing and networking, and will also include input sessions on topics such as presentation skills for female academics, role models in academia, and work-life balance. Accommodation and meals (self-catering, cooking together) will be provided by WiA, travel expenses will be covered by the participants. If you would like to participate (even for just a few days), please contact gsl@unilu.ch with the subject "WiA Retreat" till December 21st the very latest.
