Termination of the Employment Contract
No notice is required for fixed-term employment contracts, which end when the period of employment elapses. Permanent employment contracts end when notice is given, or when the employee reaches retirement age. The employment contract ends automatically when an employee is entitled to full disability benefits. The employment contract may be terminated at any time by mutual consent.
Withdrawal forms are provided directly by the Luzerner Pensionskasse insurance company.
