The University of Lucerne and the Institute for Interdisciplinary Legal Studies - lucernaiuris are pleased to present the international seminar series "Private Law in the Ecological Transition: Facing Climate Change”. Together with legal experts from around the world, the research group on “Future Generations in Private Law”, led by Prof. Dr. Malte-Christian Gruber, will explore some of the most relevant aspects of the vibrant legal debate on climate change and the protection of future generations.
