Naemi Jacob completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Université de Lausanne and her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. During and after her studies, she gained valuable experience through multiple internships in Switzerland and abroad, as well as through positions in various companies in the private sector.
In February 2025, she successfully completed her doctoral degree under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach and Prof. Dr. Adam Smale. Her dissertation focused on talent identification - how large companies identify their talents and the impact of this talent status on employees.
Since then, she has been working as researcher, lecturer, and deputy associate director at the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM).
