Claudio Zihlmann studied Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich (UZH) and Business Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). His professional experience includes various Sales as well as corporate roles within several companies in the consumer goods as well as financial industry (Zurich Cantonal bank, Procter&Gamble, UBS). His work at the University of Lucerne focuses on the Swiss Militia system with a distinct focus on the Swiss political militia system. Since March 2021 Claudio Zihlmann is responsible for the MAS in Effective Leadership.
