German A2
German A2: for participants with some previous knowledge.
Learning objectives: to deepen your knowledge of the expressions and everyday situations covered in the A1 course. To be able to express oneself well in simple and routine situations as well as in everyday situations, e.g. at work or shopping.
Course content: Participants are able to speak about different topics, such as the school system or preferences. Simple conversations are well understood and participants will learn how to write their own short texts, e.g. replying to e-mails.
Placement: If you did not attend the course "German A1" in the autumn semester 2022, a placement interview with the lecturer is necessary. Please register for this via the International Relations Office (international). @ unilu.ch

Teaching material: The course book and workbook "Deutsch in der Schweiz A2".
An invoice for the course fees will be sent to registered students during the first weeks of the semester.
Certificate of achievement, ECTS points and workload
2 ECTS points can be earned for participation in the semester course. Please note however, that it is fully at the discretion of your home faculty, whether these credits can be transferred to your study programme.
Requirements: regular and active participation in class (max. 2 absences); achievement of the required performance in assessments.
Course certificate: A course certificate is issued at the end of the course for regular attendance and active course participation.
