German A2.2

German A2.2: for participants with some previous knowledge

Learning objectives: to deepen your knowledge of the expressions and everyday situations covered in the A2.1 course. To be able to express oneself well in simple and routine situations as well as in everyday situations, e.g. at work or shopping.

Course content: Participants are able to speak about different topics, such as the school system or preferences. Simple conversations are well understood and participants will learn how to write their own short texts, e.g. replying to e-mails.

Placement: If you did not attend the course "German A2.1" in the autumn semester 2023, a placement interview with the lecturer is necessary. Please register for this via the International Relations Office (internationalremove-this.@remove-this.unilu.ch).

The number of places is limited.

Teaching material: The course book and workbook "Menschen A2" (ISBN 978-3-19-211902-6).

An invoice for the course fees will be sent to registered students during the first weeks of the semester.

Certificate of achievement, ECTS points and workload
2 ECTS points can be earned for participation in the semester course. Please note however, that it is fully at the discretion of your home faculty, whether these credits can be transferred to your study programme.

Requirements: regular and active participation in class (max. 4 absences); achievement of the required performance in assessments.

Course certificate: Students who attended the course regularly and participated actively can request a course certificate.
