Alexander Gian-Carlo Baumann, M.A. HSG in Law and Economics, CEMS MIM Master in International Management
Alexander Gian-Carlo Baumann studied Law and Economics and International Management at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland and the University of Sydney in Australia. Next to his experience in consulting in the fields of sustainability and human rights as well as international taxation, he has already worked in judiciary and for several years in Zurich business law firms.
Mr. Baumann ist Research Associate at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Klaus Mathis and Associate Director of the Lucerne Graduate Academy for Law and Economics. In his interdisciplinary PhD project, he researches on the regulation of transnational corporate responsibility. He taught the Assessment tutorials in Fundamental Rights and State Law as well as the course Introduction to Swiss Constitutional Law on master's level.
