Health Services Research
Our research group on Health Services Research investigates how health care services are used, how accessible they are, and how much they cost. We analyze patterns of care utilization, identify barriers to access, and evaluate the quality and efficiency of services. The core focus of our work is on the Swiss health system, where we aim to generate evidence that informs policy and practice. Our projects are mostly data-driven and tackle pressing health system challenges.
We work closely with local stakeholders to ensure our research addresses real-world needs. A central partner in our work is the Center of Primary & Community Care. Together, we explore how care can be better organized and delivered in primary and community settings. Our team brings together diverse expertise in health sciences, biostatistics, mathematics, epidemiology, and medicine.
