Sarah Schladerer holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences and a Master's degree in Health Sciences, both from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. During her studies, she worked as a graduate student research assistant at the LMU Munich Hospital, first in the pediatric clinic and later in the department of palliative medicine.
Between January 2022 and January 2025, she pursued her PhD in Health Sciences at the University of Lucerne under the supervision of Prof. Dr. med. Katrin Scheinemann. Her doctoral research focused on quality criteria for pediatric oncology centers internationally and in Switzerland.
Since November 2024, she has been working at the Competence Center for Health Data Science in the team of Dr. med. Dr. sc. nat. Michael Havranek. As a postdoctoral researcher, she contributes to healthcare quality projects of national relevance.
