The rapid evolution of digital tools and big data analytics has opened new frontiers in public health research and patient care. This workshop explores the intersection of digital health and rare neuromuscular diseases (NMDs), such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

Dr. MPM Marleen Bekker, Associate Professor of Planetary Health Policy and Governance at Wageningen University & Research, will deliver the ninth Faculty Lecture entitled “Planetary Health in Geopolitical Times.”

This multi-day course examines foundational concepts of health equity and the application of Learning Health Systems (LHS) as a framework for advancing equitable health outcomes.
