The panellists will discuss what has been achieved, abandoned, and the sticking points of the WTO’s efforts to regulate e-commerce/digital trade, including the Customs Duty Moratorium and the E-Commerce JI negotiations. They will also contrast the multilateral and plurilateral efforts with advancements in preferential trade agreements.
