Travel Awards for Low- and Middle-Income Countries

  1. The travel awards are available to individuals from Low- and Middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank.
  2. This award covers the registration fees for the symposium, the accompanying social events, additional support for transportation and accommodation expenses (maximum 1500 CHF). This is made possible through the help of our sponsors.
  3. Requirements for consideration of travel awards include submission of:
    • An abstract for oral or poster presentation
    • 200-word biographical sketch
    • One-page summary describing how conference attendance will promote survivorship care or research in their institution or region (motivation letter)

Recipients of travel awards will be determined by the ISLCCC Leadership Committee and announced in April 2024.

There will be on-site and online options to participate. Due to the limited slots for on-site attendance, registration will take place based on a “first come, first served” principle.
