Dear MOL-Members,

Spring brings movement - also at the MOL! 

• The elections are fast approaching. Central MOL offices will be filled at the General Assembly on 21 May. Some exciting positions - for example in the GLK, in the ULEKO or as a deputy MOL-Auditor - are still open. Maybe just the right thing for you?
• Call for Ideas: Do you have an idea for a project that brings together people from different faculties  and is aimed at MOL members as the main target group? Then secure up to CHF 1,000 in funding now to realise your event - uncomplicated and possible on an ongoing basis!
• Next MOL meeting on 16 April at Baloo: Join us at the end of the day, exchange ideas with colleagues from the mid-level and get into conversation with two exciting guests: Fabian Pfaff (University Chaplaincy) and Matthias Luterbach (Equal Opportunities Office) will be there. And don't forget: The first drink is on us!

OPEN MOL POSITIONS

Elections will be held again at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May.
A big thank you to everyone who got in touch after our first call - it's great that you're getting involved! 

However, there are still a few exciting positions open - for example on the GLK, in the ULEKO or as a deputy MOL-Auditor.
Would you like to get involved and take a look behind the scenes of the university committees? Then write to molremove-this.@remove-this.unilu.ch or talk to us at Baloo on 16 April.

The following positions are looking forward to being filled:

• MOL representation in the ULEKO
• MOL representation in the GLK

A deputy is needed for all representatives in case the representative cancels or is unable to attend a meeting. The following positions are available from May:

• Deputy Auditor
• Substitute GLK
• Substitute University Association

Your idea - our support – Call for Ideas!

Do you have an idea for a workshop, a networking event or something completely new that brings people from different faculties together?
You think so? The university could do with a bit more exchange, culture or interdisciplinarity?

Then now is the time for you to take action:
We support projects that connect MOL members - with up to CHF 1,000, uncomplicated and can be submitted on an ongoing basis. Whether it's a workshop, networking event or cultural event - we support formats that promote dialogue between faculties and are aimed at MOL members as the main target group.

MOL Meetings

The informal MOL meetings offer a platform to exchange ideas and network within the mid-level faculty. In addition, we regularly organise events on relevant topics for mid-level academic staff. Next date:

-> Wednesday, 16 April 2025, from 5.15 pm at Baloo - ‘First drink is on us’

-> This time with two ‘special guests’: Fabian Pfaff, University Chaplain and Matthias Luterbach, Co-Head of the Equal Opportunities Office, who will be available for exciting discussions and information on their respective functions.
