Partnership with the University of Oklahoma extended

The exchange partnership with the University of Oklahoma which until now had only been open to students of the University of Lucerne’s Faculty of Law has been extended to a cross-faculty agreement.

Founded in the late 19th century, the University of Oklahoma, located in the town of Norman, 20 minutes south from Oklahoma city,  has over 30,000 students studying on one of its 152 baccalaureate programmes, 160 master’s programmes or 75 doctorate programmes. Indeed the sheer size of this university is further exemplified by the fact that it has over 400 student organisations on offer.

This extended agreement provides students from Lucerne’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences with their first partner university in the United States. Furthermore, students from Lucerne’s new Faculty of Economics and Management will also be able to take advantage of this opportunity in the future.
