Kursangebot des strukturierten Doktoratsprogramms in Health Sciences

Bereits seit 2010 besteht das strukturierte Doktoratsprogramm in Health Sciences.

Neben den bereits länger etablierten Veranstaltungen wie dem interdisziplinären Doktorandenkolloquium in Health Sciences, der Ringvorlesung und der halbjährlichen Evaluation wurde das Angebot für die mehr als 30 Doktorierenden um Kurse und Workshops in den Bereichen „Methoden“, „disziplinäre Perspektiven der Health Sciences“ und „vertieftes Verständnis von Gesundheit und Funktionsfähigkeit“ erweitert. Darüber hinaus startete ein weiteres Forschungsseminar in Health Sciences mit den Schwerpunkten in Health Economics und Health Behavior. Neu wird für Doktorierende des Forschungsprojekts „Swiss Learning Health System“ (Leading House: Universität Luzern) ein eigenständiges Kursprogramm angeboten.

Das englischsprachige Angebot ist interdisziplinär - attraktiv auch für Doktorierende und Post-Docs anderer Disziplinen, die herzlich willkommen sind.

PhD Assembly Health Sciences

On Wednesday, December 4 the assembly day is dedicated specifically to all our PhD students. We will have a focus on the very relevant topic of research data management and open access, offered by our librarian experts from the ZHB with enough space for discussions of practical issues. A second focus will give a first insight into the new PhD regulations and practical recommendations to step over into the new department Health Sciences and Medicine and to finish the transition phase. To make the assembly day perfect we will offer some social activities.
