National Fund supports research project
Researchers at the Center for HRM at the University of Lucerne have raised around CHF 335,000 for their project from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). This project deals with the effects of wage transparency.
The project team around Dr. Alexandra Arnold, Dr. Anna Sender, Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach (all University of Lucerne), Prof. Ingrid Fulmer (Rutgers University, USA) and Prof. David Allen (Texas Christian University, USA) received an amount of more than CHF 335,000 from the Swiss National Science Foundation in order to investigate the effects of wage transparency with the help of a field study.
