This week, the two-day workshop on "Research Advances in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management" took place at the University of Dauphine in Paris for the 16th time. This year's open conference was hosted by Grégor Bouville and Pascale De Rozario and our doctoral student, Laura Schärrer, had the chance to present her latest research on self-initiated expatriates. Numerous well-known senior researchers such as Tayla Bauer or Neil Conway were also present with whom there was a very exciting exchange on current HRM topics.
