Graduations at the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM)

Laura Schärrer and Reto Wegmann received their doctorates during the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Economics and Management.

Laura Schärrer completed her doctorate with a cumulative dissertation on "Retention in a Changing World of Work". She examined three specific groups that are increasingly important for our working world: young employees, gig workers and employees with a migration background. Reto Wegmann dealt with the question of how crisis teams can fulfill their tasks in the best possible way in his cumulative dissertation "Disease, Disasters and Decisions. A Multi-Method Analysis of Temporary Response Organizations".

Both dissertations were written at the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) and supervised by Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach.

We congratulate Laura Schärrer and Reto Wegmann on their excellent performance!
