Agatha Brandão de Oliveira is a Brazilian and Portuguese qualified lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Federal University of Espírito Santo and a Master in Economic Law degree from Sciences Po Law School, Paris, where she graduated with Honours.
Agatha Brandão writes a doctoral thesis on Private International Law under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Daniel Girsberger. She worked as a Senior Researcher for the SNF Project “The Hague Principles and Beyond” from 2019-2021 and now is a research assistant to the Swiss and Private International Law, Business Law, Procedural Law and Comparative Law Chair at the University of Lucerne.
