Dr Andrea De Angelis is Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Department of Political Science. He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute (EUI). His dissertation focused electoral avaiability in European party systems after the recession 2008. Formerly, he was visiting Junior Scholar at Nuffield College, Oxford, and Fulbright-Schuman visiting researcher at the Wilf Family Department of Politics of New York University. He holds an M.Sc. in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University and an M.Sc. in Comparative and European Politics at the University of Siena. His research interests include comparative political behaviour, political communication, political methodology, European and Italian politics.
