Sandra Furrer accomplished her bachelor degree in psychology and communication at the University of Zurich and her master degree in neurosciences at the University of Geneva. During and after her studies, she worked as a project manager and supervisor in the area of people development and task force management in the private sector.
Since June 2017, Sandra works as research associate at the Center for Human Resource Management at the University of Lucerne, supporting a KTI-project in the area of talent management. Her research focusses on talent management and leadership. These topics are also addressed in her doctoral thesis.
