Ingrid Fulmer is Professor of Human Resource Management and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University in the United States. At last year's Dies Academicus, Ingrid Fulmer was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Lucerne.
