Thomas Brinkel is the Academic Coordinator of the Department of Health Sciences and Health Policy, located at the University of Lucerne and the Swiss Paraplegic Research (SPF) in Nottwil. Thomas was born in 1978 in Erfurt, Germany. He received his Master in Communication Science, Political Science and Sociology in 2003 from the University "Friedrich Schiller" in Jena, Germany.
