Joint Doctoral Degree

A joint doctoral degree enables students to carry out their doctoral degree under the supervision of two professors at two different universities in two different countries. This way, a doctoral student obtains a doctoral degree jointly from a Swiss and a foreign university. The joint doctoral degree however still counts as one degree.
