Gender Equality
The Gender Equality Office supports and advises members of the university as well as the Executive Board of the University on matters concerned with promoting and advocating for gender equality in the world of science. It also manages a knowledge base on gender issues, conducts a gender monitoring and initiates mentoring programmes for the promotion of female junior researchers. Furthermore, the office takes action in work-life programmes for greater balance between academic career and family, such as child care and dual career services.
