It represents a research group of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lucerne formed under the chair of Prof. Dr. Christoph Beat Graber. The field of research is centred on the interplay between technological, economic, cultural and particularly legal developments of international markets for media and telecommunications, that occured in the last couple of decades.
